PW Alamanda Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the client, or otherwise accessing PW Alamanda ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use the Game or any related services.

These terms apply to all heroes, guests, guilds, and content creators interacting with the PW Alamanda universe across PC and mobile clients.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to play PW Alamanda. Players under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

  • One active account per person on standard servers.
  • Accurate registration information is required.
  • You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account.

Code of Conduct

PW Alamanda is built on community. Behavior that disrupts the experience of other players is not tolerated, in-game or in our official channels.

  • No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or modifying the client.
  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
  • No real-money trading of in-game items, currency, or accounts.
  • No advertising of third-party services, scams, or phishing attempts.

Virtual Items & Currency

All virtual currency, items, mounts, cosmetics, and progression earned or purchased in PW Alamanda are licensed to you for personal use within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may modify, balance, retire, or remove virtual items at our discretion to maintain a healthy game economy.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. PW Alamanda strictly does NOT provide any refunds, money-back, chargebacks, or reversals for any top-up, virtual currency, virtual items, mounts, cosmetics, services, or any other transaction made within the Game, under any circumstances whatsoever — including but not limited to account suspension, banning, item loss, server shutdown, accidental purchase, or change of mind. By making any purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and irrevocably waive any right to request a refund.

User Content

Guild names, character names, screenshots, chat messages, and any other content you submit remain yours, but you grant PW Alamanda a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Game.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate the Code of Conduct.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Game. Where reasonable, we will notify you of the reason and provide an appeals process.

You may close your account at any time from the in-game settings. Closing an account is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Disclaimers & Liability

PW Alamanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, lossless gameplay sessions, or the permanent availability of any specific content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced in-game and on the official website at least 14 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of PW Alamanda after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
