End User License Agreement

PW Alamanda grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the PW Alamanda client ("the Software") on devices you own or control, solely for non-commercial entertainment in connection with the Game.

This license becomes effective when you install the Software and remains in effect until terminated as described below.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including artwork, music, characters, lore, source code, and trademarks, are owned by PW Alamanda and its licensors. The Software is licensed to you, not sold.

Nothing in this EULA grants you any right to use the PW Alamanda name, logo, or other brand assets except as expressly permitted in our brand guidelines.

You agree that you will not, and will not enable or permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law.
• Modify, hack, or create derivative works based on the Software or the Game.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell copies of the Software.
• Use the Software to operate or facilitate cheats, bots, private servers, or unauthorized currency.
• Bypass authentication, anti-cheat systems, or region restrictions.

PW Alamanda is a live service. The Software is updated regularly to add content, balance gameplay, fix bugs, and improve security. You agree that the Software may automatically download and install updates as part of normal play.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Software at any time without prior notice, provided we act in good faith to preserve the overall player experience.

The Software includes components licensed from third parties, including game engines, audio middleware, and analytics SDKs. Use of those components is governed by their respective licenses, which are listed in the in-client credits screen.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, survive termination, including ownership, restrictions, and liability limitations.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. PW Alamanda disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PW Alamanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability under this EULA shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PW Alamanda is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of this EULA shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
